According to the contract, the only reasons for not following through are breakdown of the equipment. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I did not get returned phone calls, email messages nor my refund.
How would you categorize that?

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider insisted on payment up front, then did not show up when scheduled, did not return phone calls nor emails to let me know what was going on.
Finally today after my 6th contact attempt I reached him and he acted as if he didn't know who I was nor what shipment he had agreed to send. He said he would refund my fee when he returns to the office in 3 days. I won't hold my breath.
Please see all of the negative feedback about this shipper. You may want to remove him.

Joe showed up on time and packed this bicycle VERY carefully. I got confirmation from my buyer that it arrived when promised in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to anyone looking for a mover.
