The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked the Service provider before he had had a chance to respond to my last question. On direct discussion with Service Provider, it was clear that he would not have the resources/manpower to do the pick up, so we agreed to cancel.

Excellent service. This was a very tricky pick-up and delivery, as the item was bulky, seller did not give enough information and I was working to a deadline. However, Alan took it in his stride and pulled out all the stops to get this delivery done for me which I really appreciate. Great service, I will definitely recommend and will use him again myself without hesitation.

Excellent service and communication. They liaised directly with the seller, organised pick-up and delivered as planned. I received a courtesy call prior to their arrival so that I could plan my day. Despite it being a full load, Duncan and Chris unloaded everything carefully and deposited into the room of choice. All in all a very smooth transaction and they are very nice to deal with. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others. Thank you!
