Exceptional Service! Glen kept in touch during his transportation progress. He wound up delivering the Motorcycle a day early, Fantastic. Very friendly careful with motorcycle had it well tied down. He described the condition of the bike that the owner had described to him even starting the motor up. Everything went great........... the way you would want it to go. Would use again.

David was great to work with!! Shipment was ready and I give him a condition report on pick up of the motorcycle and made sure it run well as requested. Delivery went well and had the opportunity to visit and see some great vintage bikes. Thanks for the little extra. I would not hesitate to transport for David again 5 stars all around

We had good communication during the shippment. Bike arrived in good condition with no noted shipping damage or rash. I would recommend Zeke to anyone needing to transport a bike.

Couple of comments....... Shipper needs to be realistic on delivery dates. I was told 2-3 days after pickup however it was 7. Keep the customer informed and up to date. I should have been talking to the actual driver of the truck not necessarily the Company owner. My bike was delivered without damage and safely tied down in the enclosed trailer. Thew driver seemed very concerned over my experience with Swifttransportsservice. So timeliness and communication are the only issues.

Bike was picked up within our contract dates, even earlier because we were in the area. Bike was delivered in great shape the morning after the contract date. Sorry for the small delay. thanks, roger

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When "theswed86" responded to my acceptance of his bid he stated he would need help loading the bike in the back of his pickup and unloading it at the destination. Neither place would have help available plus I don't want the bike hauled in a pickup he was suppose to furnish an enclosed trailer not a pickup with a pickup ampershell. I want to continue to look for a professional shipper.
