The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Mis representation this is residential pickup and delivery Not Buisness to Business. and wrong zip code Rate much higher. Customer was not cooperating. Therefore cancelled.

PICK UP LOCATION WAS A CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT DEALER WITH EQUIPMENT TO LOAD ON TRUCK IF NEEDED AND GETS TRAILER DELIVERIES. DROP OFF WAS A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH EQUIPMENT ON SITE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD AND OWNES 55 TON LOWBOY TRAILERS THAT MOVE EQUIPMENT IN AND OUT. THIS ISSUE IS THERE BROOKERS ,SHOULD HAVE ASKED SUBS FOR PRICE BEFORE THEY ACCEPTED. WEEK BEFOREI GAVE THEM ALL THE DETAILS. THEY JUST WANTED TO UP THE PRICE THOUGH THEY HAD THE INFO. THANKS ANYWAY GOT A LOWER PRICE NOW.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services ITEM WAS SCHEDULE TO BE PICKED UP 3/1/21 SHIPPER NEVER PICKED UP ON 3/2/21 CALLED AND WANTED TO INCREASE COST. STATED ADDRESS IS RESIDENTAL BUT IS A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT HAS LOW BED TRAILERS TO MOVE EQUIPMENT IN AND OUT AND MACHINES TO UNLOAD. WEEK BEFORE THE ASKED FOR $15.00 DOLLAR MORE WHICH I AGREED TO. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITHH BAIT AND SWITCH. I TOLD THEM LAST WEEK WHEN I BOOKED IT WAS A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND NO PROBLEM WITH TRAILER DELIVERY AND UNLOADIN.
