Because of a trailer breakdown which we informed the customer about and bad weather we are unable to please this customer so we are canceling so the customer can find a shipper they feel more comfortable with.Sorry we couldn't help this customer in reference to things that are beyond our control.

I called them out on their very poor communications, they never communicated until after I contacted them. They told me three different times that they had to change pickup date. All three times they didn't even bother to call to say they couldn't pick up until after I called to ask why they had not. Me calling them out angered them so they cancelled shipment. I'm glad they did cancell because after my experience with them I didnt have any faith in them.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Very poor communications, Never contacted me until after I contacted them.
First they were going to pickup on the 15th, then 17th, then the 18th and now its the 21st or 22nd. They never called to tell they delayed pickup each time until I called them and asked. Mean while I have the guy on the other end wondering if they are ever picking it up. If they had better communications there wouldnt have been a problem

This just isn't true at all as we ALWAYS communicate with our clients including right after a bid is accepted.We have phone and email records to prove we communicated with this shipper.
This is why we canceled as we didn't feel comfortable with this shipper or their attitude/actions at all which is something I rarely do,but if I am not comfortable with a situation,I do reserve the right to refuse.
