Provider was kind and delivered materials in good condition. Provider needs to work on communication; while any time anything is shipped, there are risks of delays and set-backs and I don't hold those against the provider, the provider failed to timely communicate about the changes. Provider is a new business, and I am hopeful this issue will be remedied as it grows. Actual delivery was very well done, and if they fix the communication, they will be great.

Great service and amazing price. After I booked, they quickly picked up my piano in one state and brought it to me less than 24 hours later four states away. They even helped me move it into my house (not an easy feat considering the floor-plan and the grading around the house). Wonderful service. I would highly recommend and use them again.
