After some delays, I did deliver car to Texas, Very understanding people and would work again with them if asked.

The request for $50.00 was not additional funds,it was included in the bid and deducted from the total balance.We were not notified by the driver or the shipper that the vehicle was not picked-up on the scheduled pick-up date.If the office is not informed of a problem then we cant fix it.If a driver fails to pick-up a shipment,we are able to send another if we are notified.Please refund the shippers deposit.Thanks

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I have been waiting for 3 WEEKS for this shipment. About 1.5 weeks ago I received a call from the shipper requesting an additional $50 as a deposit. I had already paid a deposit on uSHIP. I paid the additional deposit (requested through "paypal"). I tried to contact the shipper via email 3 days ago to cancel and made a trip to pick up the vehicle myself. It has not left CA but was picked up yesterdayto take to larger carrier. Please contact and STOP shipment!! I will not be in TX for 30days! Response from AHC1: We were not informed by the shipper nor the carrier that the vehicle was not picked-up on time.If a vehicle is not picked-up with-in 3 days of the scheduled date then we need to be notified.If we don't know of a problem then we can't fix it.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am sorry that the shipper has had a problem; however, I cannot believe that I am NOW being told that this is not deliverable. I have waited weeks for this! The shipper should have contacted me directly and let me know rather than let the pick up date pass by more than 1 week and suddenly inform me he cannot deliver. Mkes it look like an "excuse". Poor handling. Response from wheelsUnlimited: it may look like and an excuse and i wish it was one but my trailer has over $8000 in damages,dealing with an insurance company that are dragging their feet to pay . i wish i could be making money. as for being a week late i thought i was going to bee back in the road sooner .sorry
