The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Misrepresentation of the sizes. Could not trust the weight. The customer is rude and. Called me a liar. Didn’t believe I was at Ritchie Bros in Humble Tx. I got 2 other items at the place. Good thing Uship keeps records.
