A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The job was booked with an expectation of an immediate weekend pickup, as I was traveling through the area on Saturday. I was not informed, nor did the customer realize the pick up location had business hours that would not accommodate this. Therefore, we mutually agreed on cancelling the shipment.
