After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I called to inform customer that i had a 36 hr shut down to stay in compliance with DOT and would be 1 day late to pick up. He proceeded to cuss and swear and be unreasonable even though I called him 5 days in advance so I asked him to find another transporter as I will not work with rude disrespectful clients
