Montway was slow to schedule pickup vehicle, far past the need time and overall service was subpar. Vehicle was damaged during transport and Montway quickly wiped their hands clean of the situation with a response within 1 hour stating they are not able to help and recommended I contact my insurance company. I would not recommend them as they provided no after delivery support.

Every vehicle is fully covered under carrier cargo insurance to better support our customers Montway offers an in house claims department who is available 7 days a week. Our claims agents are knowledgeable about legally processing and the auto transport industry. A claims agent has been assigned and the customer is being assisted with filing an official insurance claim with the carrier insurance.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Broker was unable to have pickup company call one of two numbers before being dispatched. Very difficult to work with as well as horrible communication.
