A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have tried to work with this customer but due to inclement weather in Ky,AR,Ok i informed the customer that a delay would be necessary for transport she at at that time informed me of the route to take and that she felt it was safe.both of my drivers refused to do the run both had concerns about the weather and the fact that she was not concerned about the other horses on the run. I tried to explain the situation and she started yelling about broken contracts and suing.I will de glad to delive

provider moved pick up date back twice because she could not pick up horses in KY that was having bad weather. She had a contract with me to pick up in 5 days but still had not picked up my horse after 9 days and wanted to wait until the following week when the weather would improve in KY so she could pick up more horses. There was no bad weather in the route she could take for pick up and deliver my horse but she wanted to make more money so she postponed me twice.UNRELIABLE,BEWARE,READ REVIEWS

I was very pleased with John. Everything went very smooth, good communication,very polite and professional. My horse arrived in good condition.He had plenty of room in the trailer, good hay and not a mark on him. I highly recommend this service provider and will use him again when occasion arises.
