The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I have been in good direct contact with the customer, unfortunately the items to be shipped are not available for pick up. The shipper was having me pick up two chairs from one of his clients, and deliver then to another client. The client holding his chairs in Oskaloosa, IA was not available. Despite multiple attempts to contact the client by phone, and ultimately knocking on their door at the address provided in Oskaloosa, it was apparent that the shipment could not be completed. The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Chair was not what was pictured on listing and assistance with loading was unavailable as agreed.

Contact info for pickup was shared with Lucas three days prior. He was asked to reach out to coordinate the pickup date and time so customer could plan accordingly and be available to help load. Lucas instead waited until the last minute which resulted in significant inconvenience and no one being available to help load. The shipment title literally says 'Small Leather Loveseat", so I no clue why Lucas thought it was a chair. The dimensions were clearly listed too.
