This is untrue. The transport provide had a telephone number to contact them that had been disconnected. I was unable to contact the transport provider at all. I cancelled the shipment as per uship advice.

Excellent courier! As soon as I booked STAS from UShip, he contacted me within the hour to confirm and arrange times for the delivery. He maintained excellent communication from the point of collection and delivered within the time period he had initially told me. He contacted me the day before and a text on the day to give me the exact time he would arrive and managed to work it around my working hours. Upon delivery, very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this courier to arrange the transport of my item. Unfortunately the phone number provided is not his and the couple who answer the phone deny knowledge of knowing the courier and say that this has happenned many times to them which is reflected by the number of cancellations on his profile. I would like to cancel my shipment and re-list my item.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have arranged a delivery with this service provider and was all arranged for 2 days ago but he did not show up. have tried calling many times but he does not answer his phone. Have emailed and he emailed back saying that he had tried to postpone before which I did not recieve (but did get the email saying that he had emailed!). Have tried since then to re-arrange and again no reply to telephone or email. As such want to cancel and re-list this item.
