The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have corresponded with FranksAutoShipTrans, including the owner. They have told me that they cannot accommodate my shipment at this time, but they would continue to look. My car was originally supposed to have been shipped back in August. They were very nice people, I guess the price of diesel has gone up or something, but they could not get it done. They did have an individual call me and work out shipment. Since it was not Franks, I would like to cancel the booking. Franks did not charg

Customer did not confirm availability before accepting. We asked him if he wanted us to find a tentative date before he accepted. He did not reply back and just accepted the bid when our bid clearly stated "IMPORTANT:THIS BID IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO ACCEPTING.THIS WILL AVOID LATE PICKUP AND OR CANCELLATIONS". The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services they said they could transport my car for a given price, but did not do so. They called and said they could do it, if I would pay an additional $200 more than they had agreed to do the job for initially.
