I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this job more than six weeks ago. Since then I have had enormous trouble contacting the courier. He had promised to deliver the fridge three times and I have waited for him, but has failed on every occasion. I offered to cancel but he said he would deliver and failed again. The woman who has the fridge is moving so I have to book a courier ASAP which will cost me about £40 more than my original quote. I am angry, frustrated and disappointed as well as poorer

Excellent service, quick, efficient and friendly.I only booked them the day before after another courier let me down and they did the job immediately. I recommend them highly.
