This is my second ship experience with ShipAG, and again I give them my highest possible rating. Job was not as smooth as the first-due to serious screwup on the part of the trucker (YRC)...but ShipAG was all over it with their excellent assistance....and in the end, all came out well. My thanks to Andy & Kirsten for first rate service. You can't go wrong with this outfit, they go the mile-period! I will use them for my next job. Retail $ for this job=$3455., ShipAG did it for $551-that's value!

Can't say enough good things about this service provider! I've been shipping for 35 years now and have used many many providers....Andy and his team are tops! Not only was he by far the best price-but he got my freight to it's destination (no simple task)20% ahead of schedule. Andy went way out of his way to accomodate my last minute needs and never broke a sweat over it. Everything was perfect-no errors (boy-is that rare!). Super communication & excellent can-do attitude. He wears a red cape!

Shipper completed the job, but was late in delivery. Shipper was difficult to work with, but cost competitive. Would use again, but be very careful about their promises and assertions as many were problematic.

Excellent service provider-everything as advertised/requested/agreed...zero problems. Professional, punctual, super follow thru with perfect communication. Business ethics that will blow you away! Highly recommended to anyone who wants competitive pricing and fantastic service. Best provider I have worked with in 2007.

These guys are fantastic! I have shipped with them twice now, and will continue to do so. Without question the best price, performance, and professionalism I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I have been shipping material domestically and internationally for over 30 years-and have used a wide variety of shippers, freight forwarders, brokers et etc...NO ONE, and I do mean no one, has ever been such a joy to work with. Kendall Bruce is serious about making your experience 100% perfect. A+!

Absolutely stellar performance and service! I can not say enough good things about this shipper-everything was handled promptly, professionally, and with a level of personalized service that I have not experienced elsewhere in my 30+ years shipping material internationally-whether LTL or container load. All this and at a price that my normal carriers couldn't touch! Do yourself a favor, try these guys-and work with Kendall Bruce...the guy knows the definition of superior customer service. A++!
