I had requested cancellation of this service
previously,and you also requested that fees and deposits be refunded to my CC. We can't contact
the service provider (eurobahn 336) and I don't

We refunded customer's money and we regret that he was incoveinenced, however, we unfortunately ran into a problem with the shipment manager having a family tragedy and being forced to leave permanently. We hope that customers understand that sometimes emergencies arise that we can't forsee ahead of time but we are commited to being 100% reliable presently and in the future and I think our more recent feedbacks reflect that effort.
