These guys did a great job. They kept in contact to coordinate pick up and delivery times. I'll go to these folks next time I need something transported. I wish I knew about them a couple years ago when I had an antique car to get picked up. Now I know... Thanks for a smoooooooth transaction.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward My listing stated clearly that no special packaging would be provided, nor would it really be necessary. If any packaging would be needed, it would be just a couple of moving blankets between the items. Now the transporter wants them packaged before they will move them. This was not our agreement.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I received one call from the service provider, at which time I gave him the contact information for the place he was to pick up my items. This was nearly a month ago and he has not contacted them, nor has he replied to any of my emails.

This company was great to work with. They were very accomodating and delivered with care. Communication was great. I got several calls along the way from the driver and was very confident all would go right. You can not go wrong with this company. EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper emailed me right after I accepted his bid and said that due to a change in his schedule, the shipment of my item would be delayed. After no further contact from him, I phoned him this evening and he advised me that his truck was wrecked and he no longer to transport my item. Although his ad states he has two trucks, it appears there is just one. No fault of his I suppose, but communication would have been nice.

overall very happy. car arrived in the same shape it started in! Bill is a very nice guy and communicated fairly well. My only complaint is that I clearly stated in my listing that I needed this delivered in the evening hours or a weekend, and this didn't happen. We ended up meeting early in the morning and I was late for work. To do over I would have stuck to my guns as far as delivery time. Not a huge deal, but not good being late for work! Would use Bill again tho and recommend him !!

delivery -time early morning was only option- during
drive from memphis -a family emergency came up -and
i had to finish this delivery asap- if this had not
occured- i could have waited all day -to fit delivery
time frame- ! I always deliver as asked - never vary
their time frame - but when emergencys occur you have
to change -pick-up-or-delivery times- this was serious-

Every thing went smooth...driver kept in contact with me all the way. i was a little disappointed his winch didnt work to ease the truck down onto the driveway. overall good experience and would use him again. thanks

I'm a little late leaving feedback, but this guy did an EXCELLENT job. I have used him since to transport items, no complaints here.
