Overall service was acceptable. Experienced truck breakdown the day of pick-up, which resulted in a 1 day delivery delay. Shipment delivery was excellent, as well as service provider's care, professionalism, ability to shift to plan B, and accountability towards our bid/offer process. Thanks Brian, I hope your trip to Florida was safe and successful.

Unfortunitly we had a problems with our truck the morning of the move. In order to make moving day, we rented a moving truck at great expense to us. We arrived several hours late that morning, we loaded the truck & drove straight through from Michigan to Kentucky but unfortunitly it was to late that Holloween night to unload, which was the same day we loaded earlier that morning. We unloaded the next morning at 7:00 AM completing the move in under 24 hours. We gave the client a discount. Thanks
