I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After booking Mr Tonkin informed us we had no delivery address for his daughter as yet and the time frame was open until everything was set up. He also informed us of the special diet and needs for Buddy. After his daughter got settled he gave us the information. A couple of weeks after that I spoke with his wife who reiterated the open schedule and no need to contact until we were going to pick up. While delayed in AZ I contacted his daughter, she informed me she was being evacuated also.

We paid this provider in full 6 weeks before the boking pick-up window opened. No on ever told this provider that the pick-up date was "open". After a couple calls and emails that were never answered, I finally got Bob on his cell phone about a week after the pick-up window closed. He assured me would pick up Buddy the following Friday. Never showed, never called or emailed. I contacted him a couple days after and he had no excuse for no contact - said fires were the cause. Very unreliable.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It is now June 25th. According to the contract, the provider was supposed to pick up the animal between June 1st and June 10th. I have had great difficulty communicating with the provider. They have repeatedly ignored emails and phone messages. I talked to Bob today after he had assured me last Wednesday that he would keep me informed and he still doesn't know when he will be able to pick up Buddy. These people were paid in full over 2 months ago for this transport.

Outstanding shipping done here. Pick-up exactly on time, delivery was very fast and ahead of schedule by a couple days. Booking to delivery in less than 5 days.
