would advise not to do business with this provider. i wrote the 1st comment under pressure from thomas as move was in progress and before completion. our things were damaged and broken. we were held hostage after he arrived with our things he insisted we pay several hundred dollars more than agreed on to get our things. i contacted thomas about the damage to our things and he promised to return and take care of the problem.it has been 5 months and we still have had no help from him. kelseyrdh

this was a last minute urgent move....thomas had our things delivered a day earlier than we expected! we had double our estimated amount to be moved and on top of that to a 16th floor condo. he treated us failrly and had eveything up to the 16th floor quickly. great job, would use again in a heartbeat.
