The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed the table as 100cm x 50cm x 50cm. Then text me with a dimension of 6'2" . So the table is actually three times the size he listed.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was supposed to come last week.He then said he could not collect where office hours were 9 to 5 despite saying he would deliver at 8.00pm which meant he would have collected 3 hours before and despite somebody being on site until 7.00pm.We rearranged for monday or tuesday-hissuggested days.He never confirmed or contacted the collection contact.I left messages and he did not pick up phone.Managed to get him Monday night and he said he would deliver Tuesday.No contact and no show.
