Customer failed to communicate in full detail of the circumstances outlined for their shipment that was delivered slightly damaged. After further investigation against the drivers professional advice the seller of the clock insisted on shipping the weights to the clock inside the clock. We will now finish our report and forward that information to the insurance company.

For: Grandfather Clock
Pick up time for grandfather clock was as agreed but deliver time was not. Clock arrived severly damaged. John didn't know what happened but had already ordered the replacement glass for it. Clock was suppose to be transported upright, blanket-wrapped & shrink-wrapped, AKA "White Glove" service. It arrived laying down, not wrapped in blankets or shrink-wrap. The side glass was broken out, the bottom was busted out, several dents in wood. Still waiting for damage report from John for insurance.

Nancy and Bob, it is our greatest concern of all of our customers who may be faced with a damaged shipment that we honestly work hard to provide you and all the necessary personal involved with the proper documents you need to expedite your claim. We are happy to know that you did purchase full coverage insurance. The winter months can cause dangerous situations for our hard working truckers. John is not the agent you were working with but we will refer you to the correct agent to help you.

New 2008 Snowmobile damaged upon delivery. 'Have left several messages for shipper, utilizing different phone numbers, without any response. Problem reported to shipper's office without any response. Do not use this shipper! They don't seem to have any integrity. Damage exceeds $1000.00, for parts only!
