Doug did a wonderful job of taking care of our horse and keeping us updated on the trip. He is a horse person, not just a transporter, so he knows how to deal with the different horse personalities. We felt very secure having Doug transport T to Virginia, he made sure he always had hay and encouraged him to drink. He stopped every 3 hours and even found a stable for him to stay at overnight. We highly recommend Doug, he give the personal touch, where our horse was more than a number or $.
