the weight on the listing is wrong its not 9500 its 13000 pounds and its not in irving,tx its in beaumont,tx wich is like 300. miles more and will not pay more we went down to pick up the boat and hydraulics brake line is broke and they having to fix, cable the holds boat to the front is broke and been pieced together and is not safe and wont fix so we cant do this and trailer is rated for 8000 pounds we have wastes ufel going down and back home roun trip 300 miles due to trailer and boat not be

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The boat was not misrepresented, It only weighs 8500 lbs. The shipper knew the boat was in Beaumont as that was discussed when I gave them the down payment. The brake line and front cable had been repaired by Texas Marine and was all ready to roll.

trailer is not rated for even that weight of 8500 but boat weight is 13000.00 stated on title wich the marine told us he would not reimburse for us going 300 miles down to get it and then was not ready and then 300 miles back home but woul pay someone else 600.00 more whe he relisted and was not in listing of differnce in pickups told after bid was accepted not wright we spent fuel and time and would not reimburse for fuel
