Le transporteur a signalé avoir chargé et livré ma marchandise hors elle n'a pas été livrée ni même chargée comme convenu.
Je suis depuis sans nouvelle de ce transporteur et ce après plusieurs tentatives de contact par tel et mails
Je souhaite donc annuler ce transport et me faire rembourser
