A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved miscomunications on dates to pick up

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We are extremely sorry for not completing this shipment. We had scheduled pick up of the vehicle on Jan 21 for open transport but it started snowing at the delivery location. Due to harsh weather and considering the safety of customers vehicle and the driver, we offered to deliver the vehicle in Seattle WA. Customer was not happy with the resolution nor willing to wait to get another means of transport for him due to being charged storage fee.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They called and cancelled the shipment said they did not see the vehicle has to be picked up Mon-Thurs from 8a-2pm. Will only be able to pick up on a Saturday. Second Shipper to cancel and we are stuck paying storage fees and are out the funds USHIP already took until the USHIP return policy kicks in.

GREAT TRANSPORTER!!! My vehicles arrived timely and safe. He picked up the vehicles as requested by Goverment Agency. One of the few shippers on USHIP worth booking. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After expressing the urgency on the shipment and after waiting almost a week past the requested deadline...I am told via text they can only bring my car within 3 plus hours one way. The excuse was "winter weather and they needed snow tires" and "They didnt want to slide with my car on board so we are looking out for the safety of your vehicle". To be clear it is all interstate driving. Then they said they were working on another transport. After a few days, I have to reach out to them, I'm told

HORRIBLE, DISORGANIZED and RUDE. First told me they couldnt find a transport for the dates required and basically said "Read the fine print" which you dont see until after you have given them the shipment. Then they will find a transport when you go to cancel. The transporter himself was a subcontractor but super nice guy and did a great job. Then 2 days later these clowns call and tell me my truck will be delivered in 3 days. Corrected them, then they call back demanding the shipping code. RUDE
