The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The items are at 3 different locations and we were under the assumption that it was only 1 pick up locations. Also shipper accept bid for LTL Standard Service but none of the items are packaged or palatalized for shipping

Lawrence and Layton were prompt and courteous. They showed up when they said they were going to be there and they delivered our items on time and in the original condition. They packed up everything very carefully and took care when loading and unloading. We were very pleased with the experience and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Very nice guys and I felt as though I could trust them.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did not realize that there was a window of time for pick up 9/23-9/30. My items could only be picked up on September 30 and the shipper cannot accommodate that.

Michael with BigDawg was prompt, efficient and courteous! My items arrived earlier than I even expected. He kept me apprised of his progress en route and my items arrived without so much as a blemish! The best/easiest/most hassle free moving experience I have ever had. Easy to work with, prompt and very affordable. I plan to use him again when I move the rest of our stuff! Plus he is just a really nice hard working guy!
