Costemer was unreasonal about.mess in trailor. It was at the end of 5 thousand mile trip.Soft ties will be used on all loads requireing them.Extra insurance on high ticket items will be exta money. or people can insure them , themselves at a lesser cost. Now every one should know this.You can not have cheap price with extra insurance its not possible. There was a scuff mark on fering.I took responsiblity for scuff.It was paid for.

The trailer was a mess. The trailer is NOT setup to haul motorcycles. There is not even a wheel chuck for the front tire. The bike was put on the kickstand and secured down with tie-downs...NO soft straps used. The trailer was full of boxes and junk. The fairing was damaged and Russ did not cover all the damages to get this fixed. The trailer didn't even have a ramp to unload the bike..we had to use a make shift ramp to just get the bike out.

great to deal with..was a couple hrs late delivering due to traffic jam..was very understanding..

Very bad experience. Russ is a very nice guy but surely is not setup properly to be hauling expensive items and especially a custom motorcycle. I surely would ask all the questions pertaining to your shipment...how it is secured...insured..hauled...etc.
