This has been an eventful transaction. The tranaporter truck was in the shop delaying our pickup by 4 days then the delivery driver needed to meet at Target’s parking lot at 10 o’clock at night. Unable to drive two vehicles at the same time, I was able to convince the driver to drive my vehicle to me and I drop him off at his truck. This was very inconvenient. I had to awaken my sleeping children to take the short trip on a school night.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, there are many variables that may prevent the driver from coming to your door. These include but are not limited to narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps, tight turns, etc. Drivers are tasked with delivering as close as safely and legally possible but sometimes these and other factors prohibit a door-to-door shipment. For this reason, Montway does not charge a fee for this perk. Thank you for your feedback.
