After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Hi the customer said that only a 70yrs. Old person would be there to help unload a 100 kilo
Fire. Response from Jc L.: Your comment is as appalling as your service ! I specifically mentioned that you will need to be two of you to unload the item as the person at the delivery point will only be able to open the door. Nevertheless, you accepted the mission. Whatever your miserable attempt to save some face, you did not even bother contacting neither me nor my friend waiting for you to tell us you would not show up. Try being professional if you want to make a living out of your customers.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am giving one star because it is impossible to give none. Lyndon gave us a no-show not only once, but twice. And did not bother informing us. This resulted in a total waste of time for my friend who was waiting for the pick-up (several hours in both occasions) and mine at the collecting point.
I strongly recommend NOT to use this transporter who demonstrated a total absence of customer care.

A very professional service, performed in a nice and friendly manner. Rupert pits himself in his customers' shoes and offers reliability, transparency and efficiency all along the experience. He is on time both on pick-up and delivery day, and tries to accommodate in case of change of planning.
He also sent me a picture of the delivered motorbike, safe and sound in the garage !
I highly recommend a service I won't hesitate to use again if need arises.
