There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I clearly stated the exact dates that the shipment would be picked up and delivered in the special instructions area of the bid. The customer failed to read that. No one lied or misrepresented anything. When he called, I offered other dates but he stated he would be able to transport himself.

It was GREAT having John move our motorcycle, he did a superb job, he keep us in contact, which gave us (my wife) a comfort feeling. He even got the shipment in a day earlier than expected. Everything was securing tied down and protected. the motorcycle look just as it came of the showroom floor. GREAT JOB JANIS!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider lied and cannot deliver on the dates requested? I did not find this out until I called the provider and had raided for the shipment I am requesting my full refund including the 10% being held back, due to false information provided by the provider

I used a first time provider, good communication and fast delivery (picked up in Ky in the morning and delivered to Mi that afternoon) I would use him again.
