It made it is all I can say. Poor communication and doesn't like to call you back. I would not use them again to move this type of machine.

this person did not have the adequate forklift at pick up and we were still within our time quotes. The sellers stated we did not have sufficient equipment and held us up for over a half of day... then he was given the direct specs of our truck that can haul over 10,000 lbs and the water jet was only 3000 and out trailer was only 1600 with a 15,000 lbs capacity then this shipper continued to harass the entire trip so we just stop talking to him. Bottom line is the item was delivered on time
