I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I accepted Twobrosmoves quote for my shipment. Dan's reply was they would pick up shipment 36-72 hours max. I asked if they could make delivery date. His response was they should be able to squeeze it in. They never picked up shipment and after I have repeatedly tried to contact both by phone and e-mail no answer or response back. I need some answers and they refuse to contact me on the status of this shipment. Very unprofessional in my book. I need someone dependable and keeps customers informe

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider forgot about shipment and was not able to deliver on agreed date. New delivery date was too late for items to make scheduled sale.
