After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I've tried calling this shipper on four different occassions and have failed to confirm when they were going to pick up my piece. All of the people that I had spoken to were RUDE! Where I no longer want to give them my money. Please cancel this bid immediately and refund me my deposit. This has been the worst experience ever trying to locate a reliable shipper to deliver a piece of furniture. I have used UShip before and never had these types of problems.
