I have no idea who DAILY DIRECT LLC is. I used uShip and got the requested service from HAULBIKES. The communication to was marginal at best. I had to ask for updates and had a total surprise when my vehicle was delivered. HAULBIKES and/or uShip needs to provide a checklist or directions as to what happens when and where to the customer. Your drivers where professionals at both the pickup and delivery points. I'm giving 4 stars because we all had to deal with COVID-19 during this shipment.
