Karen was a pleasure to deal with. I had several questions before committing to Karen as I had a negative experience with another shipper via the site. She answered all my questions fully, kept me in the loop as to the travel times and expected delivery. The biked arrived as scheduled in great condition. She took the time to wrap and shrink wrap the bike as to limit the chances for road debris. Well worth the little extra I paid for the peach of mind. I will default to Karen for shipments.
