The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time À FUIR !! Ce transporteur n'est pas honnête et irrespectueux. Il n'a fait que de me donner des jours d'enlèvement qu'il n'a pas tenu! Il a repoussé le rendez-vous à maintes reprises, et ce, sans m'avertir! J'ai à chaque fois, été obligé de le rappeler pour qu'il me tienne au courant! Cela fait plus de trois semaines que cela dure maintenant ! Mon dernier rendez-vous était mercredi, avant 17h. Il m'avait promis qu'il serait là et, une fois de plus, rien!!... The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment le transport n'a pas pu se faire au dates voulues et de plus, le transporteur ayant un problème avec son camion, n'a pas de date à me donner. vu que le véhicule était en attente de transport depuis déjà trop longtemps, je ne peux pas attendre plus, qui plus est sinon, j'ai des frais de gardiennage à supporter. D'un commun accord avec le transporteur, je décide donc d'annuler ma demande et demande également le remboursement de ce que j'ai versé. Cordialement

pick-up the car too earlier, so deliver it too earlier too. Was not ready so the driver drop off the car to a storage at only one mile from the right location... I have had to pay ($86) to transport the car from the storage to the right location... And at the end, found my car with many oil on the top, front and rear hood so need to clean the car and cost me $75 more...

This customer was out of the country and the time difference in communication was difficult. We placed our bid according to the customers pick up and delivery specified in the auction. We picked up the car within the first day of the pick up window not knowing the customer did not have a shipper set up to ship the vehicle overseas. Our driver waited over 24 hours in Los Angeles for the delivery address from this customer.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Cancelled order because after some emails with him to arrange the pickup date, shipper told me that he will do it and after, never replied to all emails I sent to him during many days. pickup day was outdated and I sent him more emails during two days without any response... I do not recommend, really not serious!!
