I had a time-sensitive delivery date (which I noted when I booked this shipment), and didn't know they would be handing off the shipment to another freight company. NTC said it would be a 2 day transit, but it was almost a week before they delivered, and I had to call them several times to try and figure out when they would deliver. Made me look bad with a new client. Makes me worried about using Uship at all if I want to guarantee a delivery date.

It took them 3 weeks to pick up and deliver this shipment after they messed up something with the Pro number or their internal pick up number. Then they charged me an additional 35 bucks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Not very happy.

We had a lot of back and forth, since the details of what was being picked up was sketchy. The auction house couldn't provide much info early on. Evan was great and worked with me through the planning and got the shipment here loaded well and on time!
