The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had my shipment on a pallet like I have always shipped and the shipper over the phone said they could not shit my item they way I has always shipped. So i don't feel i should be charged for a shipped canceling fee since it wasn't my fault.

Shipment is not proper packed for transport. Shipper cancell and cancellation fee apply as the BOL was provided and driver already had a dry run.
