The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not arrive at the shipping location within the specified time frame. He has stated today that his trucks are broken down and are out of service. Shipping location needed it moved ASAP which is why I accepted the first bid. I don't feel that either the shipping location or I have been kept informed of the delays. As of a phone conversation I had yesterday with the provider, he was in route and would pick up yesterday.
