I was a little nervous since this was One World Cargo's first shipment handled through UShip. I checked them out on line and they seemed to be a well established freight forwarder so I booked the shipment.
Everything went well and One World Cargo immediately intervened when the trucking company tried to asses additional charges at the terminal. They straightened the problem out within hours.

The tractor was not exactly as represented to me (didn't start and had one flat tire), but Frank took this in stride and managed to pick up and deliver on schedule. His truck and trailer are clean and well maintained, showing pride of ownership. I would not hesitate to have Frank haul for me again.

Steve is a true professional. It says in his listing that he has many years as a professional CDL driver and it shows. He loaded the tractor with a flat tire even though the seller had promised to fix it and had not, he kept me updated as the trip progressed and he delivered right on time. Steve even backed down my long driveway without touching a shrub. I would use Steve agsin in a heartbeat.

Alastair contacted me promptly after I had accepted his bid and he arranged pickup of the tires within the allowed time frame. With my permission, he went the extra step by unloading the tires himself (they are tractor tires and they are BIG) in my driveway as I was called away unexpectedly and could not meet him there to help.

This was my second shipment of antique farm machinery with Jim. In both cases he had the best price and delivered on time with zero damage. I will look for him again if I have any more TX to PA loads.

Couldn't be happier with the service. These wheels were unusual in being very wide which caused some problems loading. The hauler took this in stride and delivered on time. He called me several times enroute so I knew exactly when to expect him. Would use this hauler again without hesitation.

Everything worked out fine, especially considering that the seller was not willing to load the engine and/or build a shipping cradle. The hauler had to bring along his own engine hoist and load on his own, for which he didn't charge me a penny. I was very flexible as to p/u and delivery dates which worked out well for the both of us as it avoided hauler having to deliver on a holiday. All in all it was a a good UShip transaction and I would use this hauler again.

I collect antique tractors and I have had many of them hauled. Bob's service is the best. The seller assured me that the tractor would run and it didn't, so Bob had to winch it on. He didn't complain. He called me as he came close to the end of the trip to give me his whereabouts and he arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time of arrival. He unloaded in the snow and helped me park the tractor. I gave Bob a small tip which he refused twice before I got him to take it. Top notch guy!
