The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This shipper did not ever communicate with us that paper work was REQUIRED to release shipment. Also, never communicated liftgate was needed at PU. Very poor communication throughout by this individual!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I would like my entire amout I paid you including the $15 I paid for insurance credited back to my credit card. This was the worse shipment I have ever booked. You guys need to screen your freight companies better. Even the guy on the other end where my item was being picked up thought that 1st Class Shippers was some fly by night company

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had some issues with the EBAY seller in which PAY PAL refunded my money for the item. I called API to cancel the shipment
