Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services After speaking with this customer I informed her of our policies and if she had a problem with anything, she should not have acceted bid. I informed her that our paypal account is in dispute nothing related to Uship so therefore its stated in our addtl terms of how payment is handled. This is unsettling for me to give out my paypal info and turn around for someone to cancel after services have been done.

I had an excellent experience with this company doing a cross country move. They were professional, timely, fair, incredibly hard working and easy to deal with. I had underestimated the cubic space needed to accommodate my shipment due to forgetting to add some items to my inventory list (-: but Kevin and his helper did a fantastic job of packing everything into the space just right and delivered it promptly and safely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I talked with the provider and he informed me they only take cash payments. The Uship site says they take Paypal and cash. IHe said their Paypal account was unauthorized because of a customer dispute. He also started trying to negotiate payment terms with me in a manner that was unsettling. I am not going to pay for the whole move in cash up-front upon pick-up. That is not what they stated on their bid. This is very scary and also the information I got on your site does not represent the reality
