Customer represented the shipment as residence-to-residence. I could have accommodated evening pickup and delivery on short notice. Shipment is actually business-to-business, which are open only during daytime hours. In addition the pickup facility advised me that the car has not been paid for, and will not be released.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a customer. This vehicle was not as described, and was refused at the port 5 TIMES. We made 5 trips, at 75 miles round trip each time. This car was put in storage with a driver for over 3 weeks, AT OUR COST. Customer had incorrect paperwork. Their forwarder had not sent the paperwork to the port. We even paid some of the storage cost and the mileage, and this is how we are compensated. Additionally, customer withheld payment. Total nightmare.

I should have checked your feedback first before booking your company,what you write here is a lie and Uship should not let you bid on this site.i have all our emails to prove your lies,you seized my car and compelled me to deal with a 3rd party that you said was the driver that I had no buisness dealing with.i eventually took the case up with Uship.If this is your worst eerie cue,maybe you should check out what customers wrote about you.
