Met the transporter at 10 pm and he told us he would directly deliver dog. New owner of dog was called and told that dog would be delivered at 2:30am. New owner waited up all night and dog never arrived. At 7 am new owner called us, he had been trying for hours to reach transporter. Transporter had phone turned off and voice mail box too full to receive messages. Transporter decided to take a nap and turn off phones. No update or contact. Still 2 hours away. (4 hour transport total!!)
