I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My vehicle is down with a blown engine and it is going to be a minimum of 4 weeks to be repaired. I have no way to provide the services at this time. This just happened today and I am supposed to pickup tomorrow. Also have tried multiple times to reach shipper with no response I have called all numbers listed on the bid as well as emailed at least three times with no responses at all. I emailed her tonight letting her know about my vehicle.

The pick up went well, but the shipper was not at the pre-determined drop off location at the time that she was suppose to be. I had to keep the dog and cat for three extra days, which cost me a lot of extra milage and unnecessary agrivation before I could complete this shipment and collect the balance of my fee.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received this cancellation notice and will accept the reason that her vehicles is not serviceable. It is, however patently false that she tried numerous times to reach me. She left one vmail less than 24 hours before the cancellation. I have texted, emailed and called and received no reply. Not even the courtesy of a vmail notifying me that her vehicle broke down. I am grateful that this occurred before I entrusted my pets to her....despite the absolute inconvenience of less than 24 hours

They were very timely in picking up my pets and took very good care of them. We ran into some small snags in terms of delivery--mostly on my end--and they dealt with them very positively. They accommodated my needs very well. I would definitely use them again.

Shipper: When I agreed to deliver these pets at a prearranged time and location, I expected you, or someone else to be there. When I arrived on time, the house was empty. I could not leave the pets there, with no water or food. You did not answer your cell phone. I was required to keep them with me for two extra days. And drive an extra 500 miles to finally drop them off, after you decided to contact me. Please don't ever ask for my service again, unless it is cash up front. Paul Triple R
