The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mover accepted full payment and said he would pick up in three days. Mover did not show up and no call was made to me. I called mover who pushed pickup two more days. Again did not show up and did not call to inform. Called mover again at which point he stated that his truck was broken and it would be a week before he could pick up things. Mover never called to confirm pickup. I called him again, he said truck was still not finished and that he would buy a truck and pick up our things in three d
