After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer advised us that he was the subject of 3 attempted scams in recent weeks.
The customer was concerned that our WA contractor had not collected his motorbike on time and he thought that we might be attempting to scam him. Our contractor did attempt to collect the motorbike but he did not find anyone home. We offered the customer a full refund and we paid it today. We also offered to transport his bike interstate for free as a goodwill gesture but he declined.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was uncomfortable with delays in communication.
